safer.
All of our notaries are required to provide proof of identity as well
as a signed application and agreement form. This contract describes
the working relationship between Notary Direct and the signing agent
and specifically states that all information provided to the notary is
the sole property of Notary Direct and cannot be used, distributed or
stored by anyone other than Notary Direct. All of our notaries public
records are stored and kept on file and can be easily accessed, should
an issue arise or for future reference.
To make certain that the customers are really Mr. Michael Doe and Mrs.
Jane Doe, upon notary confirmation, all of our notaries are instructed
to obtain a copy of the customer’s valid state photo identification
card, original signatures, and any additional items you may have
requested. (i.e. inkless fingerprints, etc.) This rule is strictly
enforced and will not be compromised.
Notary Direct is constantly trying to improve its methods for security
